2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION.
These General Terms and Conditions of Use and Contracting regulate access, browsing, and use of the Ghelter Team brand website and the contracting of products through it.


By accessing, browsing, and using the website, as well as by purchasing any product, the user expressly and unreservedly agrees to comply with the current version of these terms. If you do not agree with all the terms and conditions, you should not access the website or use the services.
The user declares that they are of legal age in their state or province of residence and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

3. PRODUCTS AND PRICES.
3.1. Description: Ghelter has made every effort to display the colors and images of the products appearing in the store as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your device's monitor will be accurate.
3.2. Availability: All product orders are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable, we will notify you and offer you a product of equal or greater quality and value or a refund of the amount paid.
3.3. Prices: The prices of our products are subject to change without prior notice. The
prices shown include Value Added Tax (VAT). Shipping costs will be added to the final price and
will be indicated before the order is confirmed.

4. PURCHASE PROCESS.
4.1. Placing an Order: The user must follow the electronic purchase procedure on the website and click on “Pay Now,” “Buy,” or equivalent to confirm their order.
4.2. Order Confirmation: Once the purchase has been made, and in accordance with Article 27
of the LSSICE, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing the
products purchased, the price, and the applicable conditions. The sales contract shall be
deemed to have been concluded upon receipt of said confirmation.
4.3. Payment: The accepted payment methods will be those indicated in the purchase process.
Ghelter guarantees that payment data is processed under security protocols
(SSL/TLS) through external payment gateways.
In the final purchase process, the user will have to accept our Privacy Policy and
Terms and Conditions by checking the corresponding boxes for each item.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may, at
our sole discretion, limit the quantities purchased per person, household, or order.
You agree to provide current, complete, and
accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. Your credit card information is always encrypted
during transfer over networks.

5. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND COSTS.
5.1. Delivery Times:
Processing: All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days.
Estimated Delivery:
Estimated Delivery: Standard international shipping (tracked and insured) takes 5 to 12
business days for most orders.
The delivery times indicated are estimates. Ghelter will endeavor to meet them,
but assumes no responsibility for delays due to causes beyond its control (e.g., customs,
transport company).
5.2. Risk of Loss: Responsibility and risk for the products will be transferred to the customer
from the moment of delivery.
5.3. Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping on all orders over €50.
5.4. Coverage: We offer worldwide shipping for all orders.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS.

In accordance with consumer regulations and our internal policy, we have a
30-day return policy.

6.1. Conditions for returns:
You have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


6.2. Procedure:

6.3. Return Costs:
The original shipping costs for the order are non-refundable.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Free return labels will only be sent if the product arrives in poor condition, is the wrong size (shipping error), or is different from the photos.

6.4. Exceptions (Non-returnable items):
We cannot send free return labels for sale items, items ordered with a discount code, or gift cards.


6.5. Defective products:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If it is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us
immediately. If the first order received is damaged or defective, we can send you a
new item at no charge.


6.6. Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval.
If approved, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note
that it may take some time for your bank to process the refund.

7. SMS MARKETING AND NOTIFICATIONS.
By agreeing to SMS marketing during the purchase process, you agree to receive recurring notifications
(including abandoned cart reminders) and marketing offers.
Cancellation: You can unsubscribe by replying “STOP” to any message or by using the
cancellation link provided.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.

any injury, loss, claim, or direct, indirect, or consequential damages, including lost profits or loss of data, arising out of the use of the service.

10. PRODUCT WARRANTY
7.1. Legal Warranty: All products offered through the website are covered by the
legal warranty of conformity. The legal warranty is three years for new products and at least one year for second-hand products, starting from the date of delivery.
7.2. Lack of Conformity: Products are considered to be in conformity if they comply with the description provided by Ghelter, are suitable for their normal intended use, and have the usual quality and performance of a product of the same type.
7.3. Exclusions: Defects caused by negligence,
impact, misuse, or wear and tear from normal use are excluded from the warranty.

11. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY.
The website, including but not limited to its programming, editing, compilation, and other elements necessary for its operation, designs, logos, text, and/or graphics are the property of Ghelter or, where applicable, are licensed to Ghelter.

Any reproduction, distribution, public communication, or transformation
of the contents of the website without the express authorization of Ghelter is prohibited.
